I've been absent for quite sometime for numerous reasons, but will add a quick up date for now.
I broke my previous pr in the 10 mile tt at the oval by 57 second with a time of 22:30
I placed 3rd (cat 5) state time trial with a final time of 1:03.
I placed 5th overall in the Tour of Lancaster and won the time trial. I will add a whole blog about this event in a day or two.
