I haven’t blogged in long time because I’ve been swapped with work. The past two weekends Rich, Duane, and I have put in 70+ mile rides. My lungs seem to be working well, but the long hills still give my legs trouble. Of course rollers and sprints never seem to bother me, but they may annoy others. I’m hoping to draft the pack in the E3C road race in two weeks, then lay rubber to the finish line. The rules are pretty strict and you can’t even use aero gear in the time trial. Hopefully they will let me use my 404’s in the crit and road race. I have my first time trial this upcoming weekend near Erie. Rich and I worked on setting up my position and installing my new tires. Anyway, I’m super pumped for my mtb to arrive this week and now that I have a camera I will start adding pics.
