This past week was full of spinning with Duane at 7 in the morning. Its tough dragging myself out of bed in order to get to the gym on time and the hardest part is not having breakfast. I really don’t mind the early morning workout, but I really start to crave food about half way into the class. Going directly to the library to do work it equally annoying without a good clean shower and a nice cup of tea. The shower facilities at campus are sub par and it’s a pain to find an empty one before the library. Overall me legs felt good and my power seems to be steady, but it will take a few weeks to get back into the groove of things. I’m hoping for a drastic change in the weather soon so that I can start to train outside and being my hill workouts. My felt is also itching for a decent spell of weather because it had yet to hit the road. I still need to buy 35mm of head tube spacers but I haven’t got around to it. I could buy normal spacers but they would look funky with my aero bar setup, FSA sells spacers that go with my bar setup but the cost for 35mm is around 60$. I need to hurry up with that order so I can work on my position and set up. Well the Tour of California is on and Landis is giving an interview so I’m off to see what guy has to say.
On a end note; whats up with Rock Racing's Cadlliac Chase Cars?
